A fine show in general made especially memorable by the appearance of Al’s daughter Daisy on “Munich”. She sang backup, played ukulele, and took lead vocal on the second verse of “Munich”. Daisy has a wonderful voice and wants all to know that she has her own band, Bleached Signals, who are soon to release a new CD. As a plug for her, go to the link below for this band’s Facebook page for more details.

Everyone who attended this show appeared to enjoy it and was in good spirits. It’s been five years since Al has played at the F & S in Berkeley and his return marks a reconciliation of sorts between him and the venue. I hope he will consider returning next year.
